  • Do you offer WiFi?
    Yes we have 5-G WiFi throughout the property for FREE
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Full refund 1 month before arrival, 50% 2 weeks before arrival , 25% 1 week before arrival, no refund after this date, unless serious reasons occur beyond control, such as COVID and WAR restrictions, serious health reasons, then reservation will be valid until later or refunded.
  • Do you allow smoking inside the house?
    NO Smoking indoors.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Sorry, no pets are allowed at this stage.
  • Can we arrange a party at the property?
    Sorry no parties allowed due to regulations. Do you want to organize a party, let us know we can find you the right place to host it.
  • What is your policy for cleaning the property?
    We will provide the house proper and clean upon your arrival. After that cleaning during your stay is your own responsibility and you will find all necessary cleaning material in the house. We appreciate you to leave the property clean and tidy upon departure. Waste bins are available in the parking space and will be emptied on a regular basis.
  • Public silence hours
    Greece - by law – has public silence hours. These hours in summer time (end of March – end of October) are: 15:00-17:30 and from 23:00-07:00 .
  • Can we reach you in case of emergency?
    Apart from the cell phones of Manolis and Carla, there is a list of emergency phone nos. available in the cottage.
  • Is there a hospital, pharmacy or doctor near the property
    Yes, and you will find all information in the Cottage.
